All trademarks, designs, features, UI elements, logos, and content included in the app are the property of the app developer or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app without written permission.

4. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services such as:

  • Google AdMob (ads)

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • ML Kit

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for actions or data handling by third-party providers.

5. Advertising

The app may display ads, including rewarded ads.
By using the app, you understand that:

  • Ad networks may collect anonymous identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)

  • Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings

We are not responsible for the content of ads displayed by third parties.

6. No Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

  • The app will be error-free

  • The app will always be available or uninterrupted

  • The accuracy of text extraction results

  • That the app will meet your expectations or requirements

You use the app at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, data issues, or legal claims arising from your use of the app.

  • We are not responsible for misuse of the app, including copying copyrighted text.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party ads, analytics, SDKs, or device malfunction.

If you are dissatisfied with the app, your only remedy is to stop using it.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You will not use the app to violate copyright or scan content you do not have rights to.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if:

After termination, you must stop using and uninstall the app.

Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
